Report of the BPD Spirituality Committee

The spirituality committee is early in its development. We had a series of meetings at the BPD Conference. There was agreement that there is need for a committee to address how we deal with these issues in the undergraduate curriculum. The committee has developed a listserv and exchanged some ideas. There seems to be agreement that undergraduate social work curriculum needs to deal with spirituality, but there is much diversity as to how this is currently being handled. We will continue to work through the listserv and at conferences to clarify the issues.
