The final step in the policy process at the Federal level may be the Judicial Branch of government, where courts rule on the proper interpretation of laws and policies set by the other branches of government.

JUDICIAL BRANCH: SUPREME COURT DECISIONS

Another type of policy is a Supreme Court Decision (e.g., Roe Vs. Wade). There are several ways to search these decisions. One is a database prepared by the US Air Force, and it covers decisions made between 1937 and 1975:

gives more current information, containing decisions from 1992 - 2000.
