Nominations Committee, Carol Boyd, Chair

The Nominations Committee had the main task of developing a slate of candidates for the 2002 election. The committee completed its task in February 2002 and presented the candidates to the membership at the BPD membership meeting that was held at the APM in Nashville. The list of candidates and their biographies will be included in the spring edition of the Update. The ballots for the election will be mailed to the full members (those who are full members as of March 6, 2002) on April 22, 2002.

The Nominations Committee also had the task of reviewing the by-laws. The committee plans to place the by-laws on the BPD Web-site. No by-law changes were recommended as of the February meeting.

More Committee Reports are next..
